Signing in

Uptime Cloud uses passwordless login. There is nothing to remember.

1. Go to the login page and enter your email address.
2. You’ll receive a 6-digit one-time code by email.
3. Enter the code to sign in.

Details

• The code expires after 10 minutes.
• You get 5 attempts to enter a code before it’s invalidated.
• For security, you can request at most 3 codes per 15 minutes.
• Sessions stay signed in on the device, so you generally only do this once per device.

Your account has to be added to a workspace by a workspace admin before you can log in. See Team and roles.
