Your team and roles
Each workspace has its own team, managed under Settings → Users. Workspace admins invite teammates by email; they then log in with the passwordless code flow (see Signing in).
There are two roles inside a workspace:
- Admin — full control: create, edit, pause, and delete monitors; manage groups, status pages, and webhooks; invite and manage users.
- Viewer — read-only: can view the dashboard, monitors, and incidents, and can manage their own push notification preferences, but can’t change monitors or workspace settings.
Everyone only ever sees data inside their own workspace.
